■ Divers must be USA Diving members registered for 2017 OR a current member of a FINA organization. Current USA Diving Masters meet procedures will be enforced and take precedence over any errors or omissions on this form.
■ The Diving Coordinator, David Freedman, will be in charge of the meet. Any questions regarding the conduct of the meet should be directed to David by contacting him here
■ We are pleased to offer both individual and syncro events, on both ONE and THREE meter springboards. No platform events will be offered. Mens and Womens competition groups will be AGE assigned as follows:
- 18 years to 29
- 30 to 39
- 40 to 49
- 50 to 59
■ Once registration is confirmed and paid for, all divers will use divemeets.com to enter their dives. When registering here, please indicate your intention to compete in individual and/or syncro events on one and/or three meter springboard, the gender and age group you wish to compete in, and the following diver classification:
- NCAA Athlete
■ Each diver will be required to perform SIX dives. Novice divers are encouraged but not required to perform one OPTIONAL dive and five voluntary dives. All other divers are STRONGLY encouraged to perform TWO optional dives and four voluntary dives. Divers are welcome and encouraged to perform different dives from the preliminary round to the finals round with a higher degree of difficulty (DD).
■ Because this is the first year for diving, the diving coordinator reserves the right to modify dive requirements and competition groups, based on the number of registrants.
■ Please indicate when registering if you want to participate in the dive show!
* All divers MUST be attached to a USA DIVING or international FINA-approved dive club. The Diving coordinator can assist in attaching unattached divers to his dive club.
